| Please stay diligent in your diabetes treatment.  Go start a gym membership now and be sure to exercise at least 3 to 4 times per week.  In the long run it will help your circulation and it will protect susceptible body parts. My wife was diagnosed with Type I diabetes in June of 2006 at the age of 30.  It was a shock to both of us but we've certainly adjusted.  Take care. Dustin
